Vegetables are essential part of the diet in Turkish cuisine and salads always present in the table. The quality of the raw material makes them exquisite.

Ingredients: ( 4 or 5 people)
– 1 large onion.
– 1 cucumber.
– 3 tomatoes.
– 2 or 3 elongated green peppers (Italian pepper)
– Parsley.
– Lemon and salt.
– Olive oil virgen.
– 1 spoonful of sweet vinegar.
Directions:
Cut the onion into thin slices and add salt.
Wash and chop the tomatoes.
