Pumpkin cake “zucchini fritters”

A different way to cook zucchini, Used pumpkin cake, my little daughter loves, she believes are potato fritters, because if I say that has not eats zucchini.

As you know in Turkish cuisine vegetables are very important and the truth is that the way cooking is varied. This recipe is also great for kids and we can sevir as an appetizer or as a main dish.

Ingredients:

-2 courgettes.

-1 potato. courgettes, onions and potatoes

-2 medium onions or 1 large.

-2 eggs.

-Flour (7-8 Spoons)

-Black pepper, cumin, cayenne, dill and salt.

-Olive oil sunflower.

Directions:

Peel and grate the zucchini.

Peel onion and grate.

Peel potatoes and grate.

Mix all the water drain well and which have shed.

Beat the 2 eggs and add to the mixture.

Add the spices and salt.

We are adding spoonfuls of flour gradually, stirring well.

We heat the oil in a pan and when hot fry started köfte. We will use a spoon to go throwing balls of the mixture to the pan.

When browned on one side, give them over and brown them on the other side.
