The Corbasi ezogelin is one of the most popular soups in the country. It is a spicy and slightly spicy soup, very different soups we usually take in Spain. You have to try it.
Ingredients: (10 people)
-1 tea cup rice.
-1 tea cup of bulgur, fine if better, but what itch.
-2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
– 1 onion.
-Sunflower oil.
-Salt, oregano, black pepper, Aleppo pepper (pull biber) and mint.
-3'5 Liters. To make it more tasty you can use beef or chicken broth.
Directions:
Chop the onion and fry in a pan with sunflower oil. When you start to be golden, add the 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, stir all well and now we take 1 or 2 tablespoons flour and turn to remove everything so well blended.
Pour water or broth to the pan and add salt and oregano. Stir to mix everything well and leave until it begins to boil.
Wash the lentils, rice and bulgur . All add to the pan.
Now we take a little ground black pepper, Aleppo pepper and dried mint (1 teaspoon) .We keep over low heat until ingredients are tender go running. About 20/25 minutes.
With mixer, grind a little soup, but not fully, just a few strokes of blender.
Served with fresh lemon, because with a squeeze of lemon is delicious.
