Eggplant with onion lasagna “Soğanli patlıcan”

 

soganli patlicanAs I have already mentioned several times and, Eggplant is one of the favorite foods at home, we love. And this recipe is very simple to make and the result is really good. Try it, sure your guests will be surprised!

 

Ingredients: (for 5 people)

– 2 large eggplants.

– 2 onions.

– 1 leek.

– 3 tomatoes. vegetables

– 2 tablespoons pine nuts.

– 1 tablespoon of tomato concentrate.

– Grated cheese ( the original recipe is with kaşar cheese, But you can use the mozzarella cheese creamy Cualquiera)

– 2 slices of stale bread.

– Olive oil (1/2 cup of tea).

– Salt and black pepper.

Directions:

Cut the eggplants, unpeeled, sliced 1/2 cm approx.
